BC Garn Marketing Kit #RuhnerKAL2025

The Ruhner Knit-a-long (KAL) 2025 offers retailers the perfect opportunity to host a joint KAL event with their customers. Help strengthen customer relationships and create an unforgettable knitting experience for everyone with our brand new KAL.

The wonderful designer Stella Ackroyd has designed for us a beautiful asymmetrical triangular shawl, inspired by the landscape that surrounds our HQ. The Ruhner Shawl begins with a simple garter stitch section and then flows into a simple lace pattern to keep things interesting. It conjures up a similar feeling when driving to our HQ: surrounded by flat land, it suddenly changes into a rugged landscape full of character. This area is called the Ruhner Mountains and where the name of our shawl was born.

Each marketing kit includes the following:
- 150g Babyalpaca 10/2 yarn in colour of choice to knit a sample shawl
- Cotton drawstring bag with BC Garn logo
- Metal pin with KAL logo
- Printed pattern
- KAL postcard
- BC Garn postcard

You will also receive access to a free marketing guide that will provide you with lots of helpful tips for hosting a KAL both online and in person as well as access to our product and marketing images for your social media channels. From mid-February onwards we will also be publishing short instructional videos on YouTube that you can use for your customers. This makes our Ruhner KAL a wonderful opportunity for all retailers, especially those who have never hosted a KAL before and would like some help and guidance along the way.
